Lokma hesabını sil

Lokma (geliştirici: Abdurrahman Bulut) hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Uygulamadan

  1. Lokma’yı aç ve giriş yap.
  2. Profil sekmesine git, en alta kaydır.
  3. Hesabı sil’e dokun.
  4. Şifreni gir ya da Google / Apple ile bir kez daha giriş yaparak onayla, sonra Kalıcı olarak sil’e dokun.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden __SUPPORT_EMAIL__ adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabını en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sana haber veririz.

Neler silinir?

  • Hesap bilgilerin (ad, e-posta adresi, kullanıcı kimliği, giriş yöntemi) kimlik doğrulama sunucumuzdan hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir.
  • Apple ile giriş yaptıysan, uygulamanın Apple Kimliğine erişiminin sonlandırılması için Apple’a da istek gönderilir.
  • Cihazındaki veriler (profil, günlük, su, kilo kayıtları, aktiviteler ve rotalar) uygulamadan silindiğinde o cihazdan kaldırılır. Bu veriler zaten sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
  • Silme işleminden sonra hiçbir kişisel veriyi saklamayız. Yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü doğarsa yalnızca gereken süre boyunca tutulur.

Delete your Lokma account

You can delete your Lokma account (developer: Abdurrahman Bulut) at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Lokma and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password, or by signing in with Google / Apple once more, then tap Delete for good.

If you can’t use the app

Email __SUPPORT_EMAIL__ from the email address of your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.

What is deleted

  • Your account data (name, email address, user ID, sign-in method) is deleted immediately and permanently from our authentication server.
  • If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to end the app’s access to your Apple ID.
  • Data on your device (profile, diary, water, weigh-ins, workouts and routes) is removed from that device when you delete the account in the app. This data is never sent to our servers.
  • We keep no personal data after deletion. If a legal obligation ever required keeping something, it would be kept only for as long as required.
